Shipping Policy:

We charge a single flat fee for each shipment of $8.00 per game. Each ServerMania game is packed separately in a USPS Priority Mail container. Currently we ship only to Domestic USA addresses.

Return Policy:

We must first be allowed to authorize any returns or exchanges. If for some reason you have a problem, question or defect with your game, please email sales@servermaniagame.com or call 1-888-583-2472 x214. The shipping cost of any returns remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by us or the merchandise is defective.

Any refund or credit for returns or exchanges will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of the original purchase. Shipping and Handling fees are not subject to refund unless the merchandise is defective or we shipped an incorrect item. The internal paperwork for credit/exchange is usually completed within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of merchandise. You will be notified if there is a delay for any reason.

Any form of reimbursement will be consistent with the original method of payment.
